The Hungarian Public Administration in the “European Administrative Space”

Abstract

The study tries to find out where the Hungarian public administration can be located in the European Administrative Space. For this, however, it is first necessary to clarify what is meant by this concept and how it has changed. To do so, however, the meaning of European public administration and administrative law and the institutional framework in which the administration of the EU member states can be evaluated should be reviewed. After all this, only the subject in the title can be explained.
    In doing so, one of the most important questions is to answer the question of whether there is a convergence of Member State administrations on a common European value system?
