The Role of District Offices in Performing State Administrative Tasks

Abstract

In recent times the role of territorial state administration has grown. The enhanced level of organizational integration redrew the system of the fulfilment of State Administrative tasks. Besides these changes we have to examine the new regulation of the law on the General Rules of the State Administrative Procedure and the separate Judicial Review of Administrative Acts because these inevitably affected the operation of the whole Public Administration system.
