This essay presents the actual forms of online terrorist contents, their effects and possible consequences. The national jurisdictions and the European community have both realised the increasing national and collective security risks. Hence, the paper shows the possible national legislative solutions in criminal law. Also, the most recent European regulation on the measures concerning online terrorist contents will be presented in detail.
