Strategic Planning of the V4 Countries and the Issues of Constitutional Protection in their Strategic Documents

Abstract
The alliance of V4 countries is an important area of political, diplomatic and national security in the security system of the world and the European region. The article examines the issues of the “alliance” strategy and constitutional protection in their strategic documents, and the elements of the structure of strategic planning.
