Abstract

From the establishment of the first democratic countries there have always been arguments that state how the fundamental rights can be restricted and in what depths. Nowadays, among the numerous terrorist activities and scandals that affect the national security services around the world, the question itself lives its renaissance. The author tries to introduce some aspects of the fundamental rights that have relevant impact on these services while also tries to highlight the connection between the jurisprudence and the political science. The second, concluding part of the series deals with legal restrictions for national security purposes.
