Restriction of Fundamental Rights during National Security Activities I.

Abstract

From the establishment of the first democratic countries there have always been arguments about how and in what depths the state can restrict the fundamental rights. Nowadays, amidst the numerous terrorist activities and scandals that affect the national security services around the world, the question itself lives its renaissance. The author tries to introduce some aspects of the fundamental rights that have relevant impact on these services while also tries to highlight the connection between the jurisprudence and the political science.
