The System of Administration and Analysis in the US Intelligence Community

Abstract

The US Director of National Intelligence furthers the integration of the Intelligence Community through directives written to standardise principles, methods and procedures – the organisational culture of intelligence. This study examines the contemporary US approach on intelligence administration and analysis by exploring the content of the DNI directives concerned, and finally draws the lessons learned.
