A bűnüldözési célú „titkos információszerzés” és a bűntetőeljárás kapcsolata
Abstract
Nowadays the detection of consciously concealed crimes committed in criminal conspiracy cannot be carried out without utilizing a wide range of secret intelligence methods. The author of this article examines the relationship between criminal intelligence and criminal procedures and briefly compares them with the special features of intelligence activities conducted for national security purposes. Unlike previous studies in the subject matter, this paper discusses criminal intelligence activities and interception from the aspect of the traditional role and position of the defendants, i.e. the subjects of the criminal procedure.
