Abstract

Discussion on European security has a lack of dispute of European intelligence's cooperation. Today's focus was set to Snowden's case as the andwer on consequences of leaked monitoring scandal. According to Lisbon Treaty intelligence is based on national competence, but it's getting more urgent to evolve a new shape of more integrated cooperation of EU particularly the members and their connections as their most important elements, the common foreign and security policy, Security Strategy of EU and Internal Security Strategy of EU.
