Abstract

At their recent festive assembly, the Hungarian Association of Military Science and the Szemere Bertalan Hungarian Scientific Society of the History of Law Enforcement commemorated the circumstances of their foundation 25 years ago and the scientific work performed since that time. The latter assembly issued a festive collection of studies to honour two of their 65-year-old members, József Parádi dr., retired colonel and college professor, the founding president and László Gáspár Dr., retired lieutenant colonel, university professor of the NKE. The collection showed the scientific level the society deals with the history of law enforcement from an other perspective.
