Abstract

The contribution deals with the civilian crisis management of Afghanistan. Introduces the international policeo the capacity building programs since 2001 till lately. On the one hand the EU civilian initiatives, from the bilateral programs to the Eupol, on the other hand the police development of the NATO and the OEP. The hungarian role is accentuated described. Shows its history, the trainings led by hungarian instructors, and the mission conditions.
