Az európai szélsőséges szervezeteket érintő hírszerző tevékenység - a radikális csoportok jellemzői térségünkben

Abstract

The current study describes the intelligence activity related to extremist organizations with a focus on the European situation. Information superiority is a crucial issue; therefore, the previously used intelligence term is replaced by the concept of system approach in information acquisition and processing, which approach is reacting to the new security challenges. Regarding the international terrorist and extremist organizations, it is important to account for the economical, political and social circumstances, which resulted in the establishment of these groups. Although the radicalization is not a high security risk in Hungary similarly to other European examples, the extremist groups might cause a serious issue in the future.
