Digitális PMR-ek és IP alapú kapcsolódási lehetőségeik

Abstract

In these days, both - licensed and license-free PMR radio technology is going through massive paradigm shift as formerly seen at mobile phone technologies. In fact, the new types of digital PMR systems today show a significant relevance in practice. Since these devices can completely bypass the traditional telecommunications infrastructure, their detection and control is only possible by communication intelligence. However, either individual devices or complex radio systems can connect to the Internet, further extending their range of communication and expanding their opportunities for connection through IP-based connectivity. In this study, the connecting methods of both individual and hybrid systems are being examined; overviewing the associated transmission protocols and practical solutions. Finally, I will examine the possibility of lawful interception over systems as well.
