Új típusú kihívások: generációváltás a nemzetbiztonsági szolgálatoknál
Abstract
Thanks to their special tasks, the national security services demand members of staff with special abilities and certain preparedness. Nevertheless the working environment and security regulations of the national security services – deriving from their tasks – are more severe than in the civilian sphere. The new generations however have different expectations in concern of working, and they prefer different aspects than the „older” generations. Concerning these facts, the national security services must prepare for the forcoming different expectations and must search for possible solutions if they insist to ensure the adequate members in the future.
