Abstract
Through the example of the generational issue, the author presents the significance of organizational culture for national security services. He points out that organizational culture can be said to be appropriate if it helps the organizations adapt to their environment. The enviromental factors, however, are changing rapidly, while the change of organizational culture - especially in security organizations - is a very slow process. In addition to describing the problem, the study drafts a possible solution in the subject matter.
