A rendészeti szervek együttműködése a kiberbűnözés ellen

Abstract

The author's aim is to investigate the relationship between the Hungarian law enforcement agencies and their counterparts in countering cybercrime. Legal provisions and other regulatoions has been reviewed, available statistical data was exemined, and the staff and leaders of the organizations concerned has been interviewed. The findig is that the law enforcement agencies have no regulations, action plans, task rules, methodological instructions - outside of the basic principles of the Basic Law and the Cyber Security Strategy and the Criminal Code - which would set the roles, responsibilities and eventually deadlines.
