Abstract

As the fight against the Islamic State progresses, the case of women wishing to return to their home countries is becoming more and more focused, and the question is much more complex than whether or not to return. In my study, I examine the process from start to finish. I want to know the background, motives and potential target audience of networking, motivation and becoming married. After a psychological outlook, I examine the history of returning wives, the legislation and responses of the countries of origin, and the severity of national security risks through several case studies. After that I will discuss the Hungarian process in a similar case and present the relevant regulations. Finally, I summarise the most important information about the cases and the similar challenges ahead.
