Abstract
In this paper, the reader can learn about an important management function, the practical implementation of the organisation of management processes. In any well-regulated organisation, management processes work, each element of which has some impact on the performance of the organisation, and so is the Prison Service among others. In the management functions decision-making
is the most important, but it is not valuable on its own, if the delegation of tasks to the other elements of the organisation is not fully implemented. Nowadays, the role of organisation as a management function is becoming increasingly important in order to ensure that the human and material resources are in balance. Organisation is the process where the manager at relevant level plans the tasks to be carried out, transmits them to the people and coordinates their work. The study provides good practice in these tasks.
