Abstract

In the course of the collection of secret information and the use of covert devices, and then in the use of their results, there may be procedural errors and omissions that make it impossible to use the evidence they have obtained. These are mainly due to non-compliance with statutory deadlines, exceeding time-limits and unlawfully extending the scope of application, both in terms of acts and persons. In my present study I intend to present the most common of these cases, supported by concrete examples.
