The Characteristics of Crimes Committed with Tools

Abstract

As a result of the new Criminal Codex in force crimes committed with tools are more and more prevalent; the number of offenders and the number of these crimes have been increasing. However, one of the biggest challenges of this specific condition is the absence of accurate knowledge, as only a few people are actually aware of the meaning of this legal institution. In this paper I analyse the crimes committed with tools in the new and old Criminal Codices describing the crimes and the definitions making it easier to understand the real meaning of the crimes committed with tools.
