Criminal Inspection of Night Clubs and Places of Consumption in Hungary

Abstract

The study examines the most endangered types of tourist nightspots, such as the places of consumption and night clubs, and tries to summarize the basic knowledge concerning the criminal inspection of the above-mentioned places of entertainment. The study explains why night clubs and places of consumption need to be inspected from a criminal point of view, differentiates between night clubs and places of consumption, describes the phenomenon of the so-called overbilling for consumption explaining the typical criminal scheme. The paper lays down the basic principles of night club and bar inspection while also elaborating on them.
