Police Handling of Massed Illegal Migration in Hungary

Abstract

Nowadays illegal migration has become a problem of European significance. Hungary is a transit country from the perspective of illegal migration, but in 2015 illegal migration affected the country on a mass scale. The handling of the massed illegal migration required special policing measures. Strict border control is irreducible if the current illegal migration processes continue long term.
