Empirical Analysis of the Potential Correlation Between Managers’ Attitudes and Organizational Structures

Abstract

Beyond a technical part of IT security there is another element, and that is security culture. Distinct organizational types need different attitudes, therefore a question arises, whether there are any dependencies between types of organization, managers’ attitudes and security culture. The first step in this research is to prove the existence of any correlation between types of organizations and managers’ behavior.
