Reconstruction in View of an Empirical Research

Abstract

Although rarely applied, reconstruction has a significant role in criminal procedure. The study’s basis is formed by a questionnaire-based empirical research conducted among 320 detectives about the experiences in the detective’s work in connection with reconstruction. Also, the reason of its rare presence and the investigative mistakes during its adoption are discussed.
