Types of Lies

Abstract

We report about the results of a research work launched in 2014 which continues till the present day. We have done a series of experiments in the common research workshop of the ANIMA Polygraph Psychological Consulting Llc., the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary, the National Protection Service and the Society of Police Science, involving the students of the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary and using the LVA (Layered Voice Analysis) technology for voice analysis; this way we could successfully characterize the types of different lies.
Our results were published in a thematical issue in Psychologia Hungarica Caroliensis.
