The Practice of Instrumental Lie Detection in View of an Empirical Research
Abstract
Although rarely applied, instrumental lie detection has a significant role in criminal procedure. The study’s basis is formed by a questionnaire-based empirical research conducted among 100 detectives about the experiences in the detective’s work in connection with reconstruction. The reason of other instruments’ rarer presence is also examined.
