Abstract

The incentives of technology development are sometimes economic or safety and security-motivated demands to gain minimum social standards that express the will of public interest. It is therefore necessary to consider the international and local expectations when designing standard systems. At the same time, they should also cover the level of the individual needs, while ensuring that expectations are not neglected. They are compared with the facts and standards. Demands must be aligned and integrated into the decision-making processes of the organisations given the special operating conditions. To do so, it requires a pragmatic interpretation of the topic to facilitate its dissemination and use. Therefore, in this article the authors intend to show the changes in lighting standards and rules for the specific requirements of the military to promote the correct interpretation and practical usage of military aspects of lighting.
