A hazai és a nemzetközi szakirodalomban használatos compliance fogalmának vizsgálata bibliometriai elemzéssel

Absztrakt
Munkája során a kortárs biztonsági szakértő egyre gyakrabban találkozik a compliance és compliance management szakkifejezésekkel, viszont e fogalmak magyar nyelvű tisztázása olyannyira nem történt még meg egyértelműen, hogy számos definíció létezik a szakirodalomban. Jelen tanulmánynak kettős célja van, egyrészt az, hogy a használatban lévő angol nyelvű kifejezéseket vizsgálja a biztonság fogalmával együtt, majd bibliometriai eszközök (a Web of Science és a Magyar Tudományos Művek Tára nevű adatbázisok) alkalmazásával kísérletet tegyen a compliance újradefiniálására, végül az új fogalommagyarázatot összehasonlítsa a korábbi definíciókkal. Másrészt e kutatás rá kíván világítani arra, hogy az OpenAlex adatbázisban mely tudományterületek keretében született a legtöbb szakmai elemzés a compliance témájában. A végcél egy átfogó definíció létrehozása. Egy újfajta fogalommagyarázat alkalmazása lehetőséget adhat a compliance gyakorlati alkalmazásának továbbfejlesztésére is, illetve a segítségével kutatandó terület kiszélesítésére.
