Fundamental Rights Cases of the Curia of Hungary between the 15th of June and the 15th of September 2018

Abstract

Between 15 June and 15 September 2018, the adjudicating and non-litigious panels of the Curia of Hungary examined the implementation of the following fundamental rights issues: the expropriation of privately owned land and property [Article XIII, paragraph (2) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary], and the right to have one’s case decided by the court within a reasonable period of time [Article XXVIII, paragraph (1) of the Fundamental Law of Hungary].
