Abstract

In cases of different risk assessment procedures subjective judgment of risk estimators have significant impact on the results for the risk assessment. This is due to the using of so-called linguistic variables, categories defined by “only”
words and phrases. The paper shows results of a micro-experiment. These results and their interpretations confirm our opinions that the concept of intersubjectivity should be used in field of modern reliability and technical safety.
