Abstract
The organisational culture of the Air Force is extremely diverse and therefore forms a reasonably complex system. The slightly more than 100-year history of aviation is full of stations that immediately made an impact on itself. The Air Force has an extremely strong organisational culture, but at the same time it has to be sensitive as well. It needs to be susceptible as well, as this will allow people to move forward and compete with the rapid development of technology, that is constantly happening in our persistently changing world. The complexity of the Air Force, its special system of tasks, the high demands placed on it, its rapid development and the rule of law all affect those who serve in it and pose a great challenge to its military leaders. Its
organisational culture preserves values and traditions that should always be a task to pass on to the others, independently of the result of the development. In order to do so, leaders need to shape their leadership culture so that this state can be sustained in the long run, while on the other hand achieving the set goal is equally important for everyone.
