Abstract

The way human error is treated is always a key feature of the existing safety culture. Common errors in aviation is a subject of theoretical models as the Reason, the SHEL(L)  and the SRK. These modells cannot explain the full nature  of errors though. So as to reveal the safety phylosophy of 
HF the author introduces Air Transport Canada’s concept called Dirty Dozen.
