Investigation of Determinants of Operational Risk

Abstract

From manufacturing to condemnation of technical systems, reliability and risk of their maintenance are influenced by all operational sub-processes. For reducing future hazards the investigation of risk situations (catastrophes, accidents, breakdowns, failures) is a very important task. The accurate determination of efficient causes and deducing conclusions from them are important issues of these analysis. This papers investigates causes of risk of maintenance process by analysis of a case study.
