Abstract
Airworthiness is a term used to dictate whether an aircraft is worthy of safe flight. An amendment of this certificate is the noise certificate in accordance to ICAO Annex 16 and CS-36 regulated by National Authority and European Aviation Safety Agency. This directives asses noise limits of movement of flight for example take-off or landing. The ICAO doc. 9184 directives collect the main problems for land use planning and for condition of sustainable development.
