Researches in Connection with Utilization of Unmanned Aerial Systems in the Field of National Security

Abstract

Nowadays the claim to use unmanned aerial systems showing rapid development in the last decade is appearing in special fields like utilization of national security. These modern technological toolbars and the abilities of their advanced on-board sensors may open a new way in applying methods and proceedings of these services. Hungary is taking bigger and bigger role in developing of unmanned aerial systems, in research and utilization of their application methods. There is need for investigations authorized by scientific achievements. As a result of these researches, the country’s ability to scout threat of terror may increase. Nevertheless, the utilization of these systems can be brought in on several activities which the national security law has not known yet, so it is not in the position to control them, either. This statement offers a brief survey of relevant Hungarian bulletins and it contains the private conclusion of the author.
