Analysis of Connection of Air Transport and Environmental Safety

Abstract

The problem of the modern environmental protection is that it has to manage environmental effects, whose resources are basic human needs according to the person and the society. Such kind of resource is the air transport too, which result the uninterrupted developing of the flight safety by reason of the risks. In the center of the flight safety is the avoidance of the accidents and risk management of sudden flight events, but it covers less the environmental impact and its results. The reason for this is that the environmental protection doesn’t mean direct intervention to the process of air transport because of main role of the flight safety. This fact points out that there should be a stronger emphasis on the harmonized research of the environmental impacts and the flight safety. That’s why we need to develop a comprehensive modeling principle to the analysis of the environmental safety which covers the process of the air transport, the requisitioning of the environment and the lowering of the environmental dangers. This essay presents a new regulatory principle of the environmental impact and the flight safety.
