Special Ground‐Based Training System for Aircrew - The Role of Trampoline Exercises in Improvement of Balancing Abilities

Abstract

The pilot training has an important role in the land preparation of AF cadets. By using the well-known gymnastic inventory for the special physical training is an important part of the land training. This pedagogical training area has very diverse goals from the development of conditional abilities to the qualities required for developing resistance against the negative effects of flying. One of the most important area of the land special training for the AF crews is the balancing abilities training, which plays an important role in developing the use of trampoline exercises. In addition to presenting the theoretical and practical components of the development process is an important task for the article to prove the legitimacy of the use of training systems through the results of a specific pedagogical study.
