Abstract
Everywhere in the world, it is a key pillar of the Air Force's ability to maintain the existence of well-trained human resources (pilots), to grant it with the continued recruitment and training. Without the resupply of a manpower, the Air force as an arm slowly goes overaged, which consequently leads to the decreasement both in cadre and so in its overall ability. The youth recruitment is a high priority task, which must be carried out without interruption in order to avoid the generation gap. Writing this article, my goal is to analyze the recent pilot recruitment procedures, using the lessons learned to propose an efficient recruitment system.
