Thoughts about the Driver’s Everyday Challenges

Abstract

This study focuses on which everyday problems and difficulties have to be faced by managers on daily level. Leading people is more complex and more difficult than many people think. But it is only effective if the leader is responsible and possesses emotional intelligence. According to Senge, a good leader is also a good teacher because he needs to support, encourage and help his staff. This essay mainly focuses on the "pedagogical" side of the leaders.
