Abstract

Nowadays – from a security point of view – critical infrastructure protection has a high priority in the European Union, which interfaces with any segment of security policy. In the most intense period of domestic legislative process should be taken into consideration such as principles of long-termed policies like environmental protection has, which can influence a less integrated type of issues – explosive activities for civil uses – as well. This research aim the proof of assumed relationships and examining the conformity of the related legal background.
