The special treatment in the criminal procedural, with the focus on the children

Abstract

The Criminal Procedure Act, which entered into force on 1 July 2018, has ambitiously consolidated the standards of its scattered regulation, taking into account the particular procedural situation of children. This will ensure that the investigative authorities respect children's rights in criminal proceedings. The paper presents the legal treatment of special treatment in conceptual issues, highlighting problems of practical problems through an overview of international regulation.
