Abstract

The systems of political and security interests, their strategic and tactical goals and the tactical or operational decisions, the knowledge of the interconnections and interactions between their factors and the calculation of their possible impacts to be used by the decision-makers is one of the primordial tasks of the national security structures under the conditions of the global multi-polarity.
