Abstract

In today’s world, extreme weather conditions resulting from global warming often test the tolerance of the human body. The provision of police services is a must regardless of weather conditions. Therefore, this study analyses the implications of extreme weather conditions, especially extreme heat, for police activities. Specifically, I focus on police duties in dealing with such weather conditions, emphasising the tasks and responsibilities of those in leadership and command positions.
