Coronavirus from the Point of View of the Infringement

Abstract

The Coronavirus has affected all walks of life, thus changes have also reached the area of infringement laws. The new situation required new solutions as soon as possible, and as
a result, the rules set up to contain the virus became public in a series of government decrees. Compliance with the rules was ensured by the system of sanctions of Misdemeanour Law.
