Abstract

Today’s accelerated technical-technological development poses new challenges in society. Graduates need to be aware of the economic – political – technological realities and the challenges ahead. They must be aware of the essence of new technologies and the legal answers
that can be given to them. The technological innovations have a direct impact on everyday law enforcement activities, as well as the tools used in their work and the potential for misuse of technical-technological solutions.
