Abstract

Law enforcement is the branch of public administration whose filed is safety and its implementation in unique measures based on the monopoly of legitime violence, in addition, the application of coercive measures. It is indispensable for the law enforcement to become a science with a unified dogmatics concerning basic questions, moreover, to resolve legislative contradictions.
