From School Directly to the Frontline
Abstract
Our students coming to study law enforcement from current secondary schools with their different micro- and macroenvironmental background, are more significant challenge than it used to be with the previous generations. We have to take into consideration that our future officers represent the front line, as they start their service right after graduation. Besides professionality, their psychologic training is of major importance in order to prepare them to cope with the daily challenges as well as with the requirements of their future executive tasks. The permanently expanding curriculum due to which new subjects are to be initiated, is a further challenge.
