One Should Start Preparing for the New Criminal Procedure Laws
Abstract
We need such experts in criminal jurisdiction that are able to understand the unity of theory and practice, moreover the financial complexity of criminal law and the complexity of procedure law. Such universal experts should be trained who are fully aware of the rules of procedures of investigation, judging and indictment. The modern training of police officers is to be achieved in the future, with the help of devoted professors of law who focus on both comperable elements of law, and practice oriented training.
