Abstract

The judge faces the effectiveness of the law enforcement training in the courtroom, the legal proceeding, accomplished by the obtained knowledge deriving from the training, is the guarantee for the exploitation of the evidence. The newly graduated from the law enforcement higher education, have to be aware of the entire theoretical and practical knowledge in order to do their best.
