We Should Learn from the Mistakes of the Practice

Abstract

It is substantial for the applicants of law enforcement training to be aware of the fact, that they not only choose a sheer workplace, but a profession as well. It is our perpetual, and mutual task, to seek, how police work could be more effective, therefore it is indispensable to highly emphasize practice in the training. Situations should be practised, and we should learn from its mistakes, moreover, highly qualified experts should be applied in the tuition as well.
